Pip Kyle


Pip is a Vinyasa Flow (Yoga), Yoga Nidra and Mindfulness Teacher, and is currently training as a Mat Pilates Instructor with BASI UK.

Her journey in movement started through contemporary dance. She trained as a contemporary dancer in Graham, Release and Cunningham techniques and was introduced to Pilates and Yoga during her dance training, where she was preparing to teach the community and studied the musculoskeletal system, adolescent growth spurt and the ‘ageing’ body in pre/professional dancers. She has since then used Pilates as a rehabilitation practice to manage injury and Yoga to nurture physical and mental well-being.

Alongside Moving Bodies Moving Minds, Pip works in academia in multidisciplinary environments, in teaching and research collaboration. She has previously worked for arts and cultural organisations, charities and SME’s in talent development and training academy environments, as well as an abundance of primary, secondary and SEND schools and settings in dance and creative education.
