STUDIO

Vinyasa Flow (Yoga) is a style of yoga in which the asana (postures) are linked together and synchronised with breath. 

This style of yoga allows participants to feel the physical energy of a yogic practice, as well as the experience of a beautiful moving meditation. 

As we begin to move with the breath, our inner energies begin to flow more freely through the body, bringing consciousness to each movement, in each moment. 

Vinyasa Flow can be delivered at a dynamic, moderate or slow pace.

Vinyasa Flow (Yoga)

Restorative Yoga

Nothing to do and nowhere to be, restorative yoga is time for you to indulge in complete rest.

Join us for a nourishing and nurturing practice, restorative love notes and mindfulness meditation for mind- body, body-mind.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, more commonly known as ‘yogic sleep’, is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.

The guided practice includes focused attention of the physical body, breath, awareness, and mind-body connection.

Yoga Nidra induces a deep state of relaxation, from a calm, receptive position (lying down).

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a style of Pilates in which a series of exercises are sequenced together to strengthen mind- body, body- mind.

As we begin to move with the breath, we work primarily with the core cylinder to restore and reinvigorate body and mind.

Mindfulness Meditation 

A practice that encourages you to focus your awareness, on the present moment, without judgement. 

By focusing on the mind and breath, the idea is to cultivate attention on the body-mind, mind-body connection, as it is moment to moment. 

Mindfulness Meditation can be delivered seated, lying down or standing.
